Blink and its Gone

Boulangerie Francois is a three day pop up cafe and bread store in Soho's Shaftesbury Avenue.
The bread is made from the same wheat as Grey Goose Vodka and all the items are free.
 Last day today!
Beautifully done with this trompe l'oeil bread oven door to rooms behind
and pots of pear, lemon and orange confiture containing 12% Grey Goose Vodka.
No wonder that only over 18s were being allowed in.

Dorset Knobs

A.Gold sells British specialities and Dorset Knobs intrigued me.  If you don't know, this is what they are - a sort of hard biscuity mini roll:

A Truly Fresh Sandwich

Bravo to Company of Cooks for being able to say that their sandwich bread is baked today.  Not even Pret can say that.

Festival Sandwiches

Company of Cooks' impressive South Bank operation in the Festival Hall has simple, yet effective sandwich presentation.  The three types of bread (Granary Bloomer, White Tin & White Bloomer) and labelling assist the homemade and high quality image.

Flowerpot Bread

Spotted at Borough Market and an idea just waiting to be picked up by a garden centre coffee shop!
